What does my monthly payment include?
Your vehicle, insurance, road tax, scheduled servicing, routine maintenance and roadside assistance. Fuel, tolls, parking, fines, damage charges and excess mileage are separate.
How is a subscription different from buying?
A subscription gives you use of a car for a chosen term with specified services included. You do not build ownership in the vehicle. With a car loan, you finance ownership and manage the running costs yourself.
Do I need a security deposit?
Yes. The amount is shown on the vehicle page. Refund timing and any deductions are set out in your final agreement.
Can I extend or end my plan early?
You can request an extension, subject to availability and agreed terms. Early termination may involve charges under your agreement.
What do I need to apply?
Your identity document, driving licence, selfie, address, employment and income details, and an emergency contact. Applications are subject to review.
